Dr. Jusionyte from Harvard University examines how intensified criminalization of immigrants leads to a series of 'wars'" against drugs, against terrorism, and now against migrants and refugees. He offers an analysis of rescue/emergency responders of wounded migrants as well as figth fires and contain toxic spills that know no political jurisdictions.
