National First-Gen Celebration Week: Nov 2 – 6

We invite students, faculty, staff, and all First-Gen supporters to celebrate the successes of first-generation students at our 3rd Annual National First-Generation Celebration. This will be a virtual week-long celebration with opportunities to engage in virtual panels, share stories, and recognize the many unique ways that UTEP First-Gen students are achieving their dreams of attaining their degree.

We want to hear about your experience as a first-gen student. What motivated you to go to college and how has UTEP supported your journey? What advice do you have for incoming first-gen students?
