Two events are open to the public.
First, our keynote speaker, Ambassador Vicki Huddleston, will give a talk, The Ghost of Fidel Castro: America’s Failed Cuba Policy. She is the author of Our Woman in Havana: A Diplomat's Chronicle of America's Long Struggle with Castro's Cuba. The talk will take place in Blumberg Auditorium on Thursday, November 15 at 7 p.m.
Second, on Friday, November 16 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., also in Blumberg Auditorium, there will be a roundtable discussion, Human Rights Crisis at the Border: Challenges and Responses:
