Award-winning educator and songwriter Dr. Larry Lesser shares a new creative work.

Join us for two free special presentations for that day’s release of SPARKS, Lesser’s album of original non-liturgical songs deeply but accessibly grounded in Jewish text/values with universal lessons – all are welcome! Both events include music & conversation with the songwriter.

12:30pm “Talmudic Tunes and Musical Midrash: A Lyrical Lecture of Learning about Judaism” Lesser shares the big picture process and meta-lessons of the album’s distinctive, inspiring journey.

6pm “Concert ‘n’ Conversation: Exploring Jewish Culture via Song and Text” Sharing more song-specific discussion and performance.
