Bilingual Poetry Reading & Conversation with Aldo Amparán

UTEP’s Department of Creative Writing is proud to present a Bilingual Reading & Conversation with Aldo Amparán, author of Brother Sleep (Alice James Books, 2022), winner of the 2020 Alice James Award, UTEP Alum, and this semester’s De Wetter Visiting Writer. 

We will celebrate Aldo’s contribution to Fronterizx literature with a special introduction from Creative Writing Faculty and poetry from UTEP students. 

Join us at Quinn Hall RM 206 on the first Friday of November, the 5th, at 6 PM (MT)

El Departamento de Escritura Creativa de UTEP se enorgullece de presentar una lectura y conversación bilingüe con Aldo Amparán, autor de Brother Sleep (Alice James Books, 2022), ganador del Premio Alice James 2020, ex alumno de UTEP, y escritor visitante De Wetter de este semestre.
